- • They do not provide dishes and cutlery in the rooms, and there is no microwave either. To heat up food, you need to request the service at the restaurant, which has limited opening hours. In my case, I asked to heat up a pizza, and when requesting dishes and cutlery to consume it, they only provided plastic utensils.

- • The bathroom was disgusting, there was a thick layer inside the toilet, a crust of dirt, with an unbearable urine smell, worse than a bus station bathroom. I complained to the person responsible for cleaning the room and nothing was done, regrettable.

- • I didn't like it. They put me in a connected room where I could hear everything in the next room, and when the guest above went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it sounded like thunder inside the room, waking me up several times at night startled. The towels were pure sandpaper. I was itching and informed the hotel, but nothing was done.
