- • THAT THE ADDRESS SHOWS 4500 AND NOT THE EXACT ONE, SO I HAD TO CALL. THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY AND GUIDED ME PERFECTLY. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE HEIGHT IS PUBLISHED CORRECTLY.
The apartment is quite good, splendid views from the penthouse.

- • Missing kitchen utensils to cook something. Good attention from the staff, as well as a good location.
The best thing is the receptionist Azul, super attentive at all times.

- • There were things that were not fixed, the toilet was leaking, the bathroom light was burnt out, the air conditioning was not working, the shower head in the bathroom was broken.
The expectation is high compared to the price paid. It was nice but could have been much better.
Excellent location, large room, and the staff responded to our request for two double beds.

- • First of all, the check-in is catastrophic, as if we were in the 90s, you need to provide them with a credit card number or cash, you cannot pay with Apple Pay or a physical card. In addition, some of the hotel employees were not nice at all, the room was not cleaned daily as expected from a hotel, during our 6-day stay, we received cleaning once with difficulty. The last thing to expect from the place is a hotel feeling, it is far from being a hotel, it is an apartment in a building, without any additional facilities other than the entrance and elevator. Most of the apartments there are not hotel guests at all, and it is not reasonable to be called a 'hotel'.
Very bright and recommendable. Nice location
