- • The staff. I've been here for 3 weeks and they don't even remember my name. Kitchen and tables are dirty and sticky. Never a discount. They give you information sparingly. It may be a hostel, sure, not a hotel... But perceived 'hospitality' is 0. (Shower leaks water and the carpet stinks)

Very welcoming and nice environment but not comfortable for everyday living
It’s clean and there is plenty of space in the common area. The staff is also very friendly and the location is good.

- • I was on the top bed and there are no bed rails, which I find very dangerous. No ladder either, so you have to climb onto the bed as best as you can. The only space you have in the bathroom to put your stuff is the toilets and I find it really dirty. You can’t even hang your towel :( and no common shower, so if yours is taken you have to wait. Someone was late for work and couldn’t even shower

- • Kitchen somewhat dirty and also before booking I asked if they had an elevator because I was carrying heavy luggage, although they mentioned that my room was on the first floor, this was not the case. I had to carry my things up and down the stairs to an upper floor.
An average stay with some safety and cleanliness issues; okay if you're on a strict budget.

- • The bunk beds are very shaky and squeaky—I almost fell off. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, and there were cobwebs near the ceiling. No elevator meant carrying heavy luggage by hand. Also, the blankets were too thin for the cold weather. Kitchen and common areas were quite messy.
