I need to repeat it but I will book a premium room, not standard, because of the quality of cleanliness

- • I booked two rooms, one of them is not cleaned and has a bad smell, and the carpet on the floor is not cleanable; it needs to be replaced. But the staff were very cooperative, the reception and housekeeping team changed my room to a better one

When I book a hotel, I look forward to the level of cleanliness and ease of access matching that of my own home

- • Bad cleaning. The key was not working every time. Windows cannot open. The staff was not helpful. I stayed in The Elevator area for more than 30 minutes to open the door. Really, it's bad considering the hotel payment amount

In general, we enjoyed
The PlayStation and billiards room staff are good, unlike the bar staff at the pool, who are excellent and cooperative

👎 Disliked
- • The reception, luggage carrier, and restaurant staff upstairs and downstairs are the worst. The lifeguards at the pool make you feel like you should be saving them, not the other way around. Their treatment with children is bad
