- • For this category of hotel, I expect complimentary water/soda in the room. The minibar was also not stocked.

- • For the booked deluxe room, there was only air conditioning, otherwise no welcome on the desk, no bottle of water in the heat, no shoehorn, no hygiene bags. Only 2 out of 5 ceiling lights were working, or other deluxe features were completely missing. The only deluxe thing was the price, nearly 600 euros for two days plus over 50 euros parking fee. We were very disappointed. We have been there several times before and were not disappointed.
