- • The staff seemed not very professional, could have been more attentive to details. Very kind but lacking. Room keys in reception always out on table, anyone could have grabbed them. Reception staff buried in the phones. Towels for loungers at poolside had to be fetched every day, should have been available on site. Would have been nice to have staff go rounds once in a while in the gardens and by the pool to offer drinks and water and fetch plates and glasses.

A Princess stay
This villa is incredible. The beauty of the place, the staff is extraordinary: smiling, kind, ready to help while remaining discreet, with exemplary professionalism. The villa is also very well located: a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach, 15/20 minutes from the medina along the esplanade. Many quiet and relaxing spots inside and outside (in a beautiful garden) And the pool is heated!! Our room was beautiful: bathtub, bathrobe.... Possibility to eat from 12 pm to 8 pm non-stop. We just had a snack when we arrived: excellent! Everything was more than perfect to finish our road trip. I almost felt like a princess! Thank you all
