Wonderful experience at Lagune
I loved the hotel's proximity to Pavilion 4 of Riocentro. We went to participate in the Method Cos edition 251 and it was wonderful to stay so close. I also loved the reception service. We arrived on the 4th at 1 pm and they allowed us to enter the room before 3 pm. I also needed to print an important document and they did the printing for me, at no cost. I was very grateful and happy. Loved the view, loved the breakfast, loved the sauna. Too bad it was cold on the days I was at the hotel and for that reason I didn't go to the pool.

- • I found the room small and didn't like that the bathroom had a kind of window that reduced the privacy of those changing in it. The pool could be heated.

- • Breakfast with messy tables throughout the period, notice from table to table that the time is ending, many bread and cake options that could be better. Pool could be heated. Rooftop restaurant deactivated
