- • The shower was broken, and when I informed the staff, they told me to use another room’s shower instead. The receptionist even told me to hold the shower by hand and use it if I wanted, which was very unprofessional. The room was not clean, smelled bad, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Cosy and good value for money.
Beautiful staff members! The receptionists were very lovely. I had two simple requests and they obliged straight away. We like the area this motel is in. The bus to the city and the beach is just outside the motel. The meals were great value for money....generous, well cooked, and not overpriced.

- • This was our second stay at this hotel. This time our room was on top of the bottle shop. Unfortunately the refrigeration units can be a bit noisy and don't give up at night!
Value but not perfect.

- • The neighbouring room I had had thin walls..could hear everything on the Friday night. Very noisy.. however staff did rectify it when I complained. Also I could have my window open due to the constant hum of the air conditioning units outside.
