A regrettable experience has occurred regarding adherence to established regulations.

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Ms. Ragini. Despite my room being clearly marked 'Do Not Disturb (DND)', she chose to call my room during my designated crew rest period, unnecessarily disturbing my sleep. Crew rest is a critical safety requirement, and such interruptions should never be taken lightly. What was even more disappointing was her attitude when I politely pointed out the issue. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, she chose to argue in an unprofessional manner. I escalated the matter to her senior, Ms. Abida, but unfortunately she also appeared unaware of the seriousness of disturbing a crew member during a mandatory rest period. This lack of understanding regarding the importance of uninterrupted crew rest is deeply concerning. Such behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism and guest service. I sincerely hope appropriate training is provided so that crew rest requirements are respected, and similar incidents do not occur in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at the InterContinental Hotel Lounge. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, the service was excellent, and the staff Mr.Rajat were extremely courteous and attentive. The food and beverages were of high quality, making the entire visit truly enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again!

A wonderful stay!

This was my first visit to Jaipur, and the wonderful staff at this hotel made it truly special. Initially, I was a little disappointed that the hotel was located some distance from the main attractions, but this turned out not to be a problem at all. When I wanted to go sightseeing, the amazing concierge team, led by Patil, arranged a full-day itinerary with an excellent driver and guide. As a result, I probably had a better sightseeing experience than most visitors to Jaipur. The room was clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding throughout the stay. Duty Manager Rohit was a star and helped ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He made me feel genuinely valued as a guest, although I suspect he treats every guest with the same care and attention. What impressed me most was the level of hospitality. It is remarkable that a hotel of this size can make guests feel so welcome and at home. Many boutique hotels could learn a great deal from the service culture here. The Club Lounge had temporarily been relocated to the main restaurant due to low occupancy. In practice, this worked very well. Guests could enjoy all the lounge food and beverages while also having access to dishes from the main restaurant. What truly amazed me was that when I asked about the lounge, the team actually opened it and prepared a full buffet just for me. I never expected that level of service, and it completely blew me away. Every single member of staff I interacted with exceeded my expectations. Throughout my trip I stayed at hotels that cost two, three, and even five times as much as this one, yet few matched the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality I experienced here. I left Jaipur with wonderful memories, and this hotel was a big part of the reason why.

I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road for 3 nights. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, neat, and very well maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality. The service was equally impressive, prompt, courteous, and attentive to every need. A special mention to the hotel staff, who were highly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur and would definitely love to stay here again.
