- • Named as a cultural and travel hotel, perhaps only the lobby lives up to it. Going into the elevator and guest room floors feels like entering a different hotel. Everything looks old, even the phones still have the old hotel's name on them. If you're going to put on a facade, at least do it properly. During check-in, the front desk supervisor was slow, handling things while teaching new staff. It felt like my time was being wasted. If you want to teach, do it through simulations, not by using guests as subjects.
The hotel has an underground parking lot at the back (height limit of two meters). The driveway is a bit narrow with a slightly steep slope, requiring some skill. Breakfast is at the neighboring Italian restaurant, offering a simple breakfast. The area is lively, making it convenient for dining and drinking.

- • Upon check-in, found cockroaches, trash on the floor, and immediately requested a room change from a king-size bed to three small beds (absurd, why would one person need three small beds). Asked the front desk for cleaning, but was told housekeeping had already left. The front desk had to grab a broom and dustpan to clean the room. The air conditioning was too cold no matter how it was adjusted, so I just turned it off to sleep. On the second night, the trash on the floor was still there, clearly not cleaned properly.
