The service, very good service, and that detail that the chef had with my children to make sure they had breakfast is something I will greatly appreciate. Excellent service at reception!, very nice everything and everyone. The facilities are super comfortable, we felt at home! Obviously, I would come back!!!

TERRIBLE OLD PLACE, BAD FACILITIES, TERRIBLE BREAKFAST

- • The staff's attention is terrible, they do not clean the room unless requested, they only leave 1 toilet paper which is insufficient and of poor quality, everything is dirty and very old, the internet is terrible, it is a very old hotel and they do not maintain it. The promised breakfast never is enough, there is no milk, no bread, everything is very limited for the number of guests. The staff does not solve problems, it is slow, it rained the day of my stay and the hallway flooded and they never cleaned it in 3 days. I would not return to that hotel nor recommend it

It is a hotel near the center so you can do everything without needing to pay for a taxi and also the price includes a buffet lunch.

Ok for one or two nights (max) and if only to sleep.
Location, because I wanted to be in a central location/downtown. But it isn’t too quiet...

- • The stairs remained dirty for two days. The bed for two people was a bit narrow.
