- • The room smelled like pure drainage, breakfasts are acceptable (passable), had issues with a young man who was at the reception, as he does not provide solutions to problems, very incompetent. We could never use the TV because every time we arrived, we needed help to turn it on. The shower water barely came out cool, as it never even got warm.
I loved it because I'm almost 60 and the facilities of the special room.
I was treated very well and any tourist questions were immediately resolved.

- • The room felt small to me, as well as the bed, and the elevator was out of order for 2 days, the bathroom area does not have good drainage so the water would overflow from this area

- • The room smelled strange, not very clean, neglected, and very small. Considering the price, I expected more since there were better options available.
