- • Cleaning is good but not at the required level. I hope this will be taken into consideration because I have been staying at the hotel since 2018 annually on every vacation

- • Only minor gripe is we had to call number at the door and wait a few minutes for someone to come to reception
The hotel staff was wonderful and provided great service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. The couch in the room was not very comfortable, and the bed was positioned very close to the wall, which made getting in and out of bed a bit challenging. With a few adjustments to the room setup and furniture, the stay would have been even more comfortable. Overall, I appreciated the great service from the staff and would consider staying again
