- • Prior to booking, I asked about late check-out fees and was informed—on two separate occasions by different staff members—that the charge would be $10 per hour. Based on that, I planned accordingly. However, when I extended my check-out until 2:00 PM due to unforeseen circumstances, I was charged $30 plus GST for two extra hours. This does not align with the information I was originally given. Clear and consistent communication is very important, especially when guests rely on it when making decisions. Could you please clarify the correct policy? If the rate is indeed $10 per hour, I would appreciate a review of this charge. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this can also help ensure consistent information is communicated to future guests.

- • The breakfast was not very hot. Starts at 6 am, I was down at 6:15 and it was lukewarm. Maybe start warming food earlier.
Location !!
We had a fabulous time. We were well rested by the time we moved on.🙂 the beds were great, and the location was perfect. Lots of options for all your needs.

- • The only issue we had was that our room never had a sitting chair, only the desk chair. And the breakfast room where you served yourself was very small. That was a bit of a challenge navigating. But the food was fantastic and the sitting area was lovely.
