Well located and good value hotel
The hotel offers good value for money with a decent breakfast and room facilities. It's well located and reasonably close to local shops, ATMs and places of interest in Colombo. The staff service was good and I would stay here again.

Disappointed
Booked this place since it was close to my work and on the main city area. Arrived to see it was a small hotel. The bed and pillows had hair on them. The room and walls were dirty. They cleaned the bed after my complaint. There was only a stool to sit and work. No chair. The dustbin and the walls were so dirty. The breakfast was very minimal with some bread and fruits. I just had a coffee and left. I was very disappointed.

Stayed for 6 days, but cleaning was not done once, only changed the bath towels daily. The staff's response was good, so it was a bit disappointing.

Nice place to stay. Close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. The room was nice and breakfast was adequate. Would recommend for few days stay.

The staff was very helpful with directions and information. Located a bit in the middle of everything, a bit lacking in restaurants around but right next door was a restaurant that had very good, affordable, and large portions. Good for a stopover. Good breakfast.
