- • We booked an accessible room because my husband is wheelchair reliant. The entrance to the hotel is completely level but has no powered doors, so we had to rely on the kindness of strangers to help with the doors while I pushed my husband through. Once in, you have to travel to the first floor for reception. There are 2 lifts; one has a seat for people with mobility issues, but both are extremely tight and compact. They could just accommodate myself and my husband in his chair, but it was a definite squeeze with no room for turning. The receptionist was extremely helpful and lovely, and check-in was quick and simple. In the bedroom itself, there was only room on one side of the bed for a wheelchair, which was the opposite side from the emergency cord. So, anyone wheelchair reliant and traveling alone who needed assistance would have struggled. Maneuvering around the bed, while manageable, was still very tight. The bathroom was great, with lots of space and plenty of assistance bars for easy transfers. The toilet was at a great height, and the shower seat was secure and comfortable. The only downside was the entrance to the bathroom; unless a wheelchair user was accompanied or in a powered chair, the incline into the bathroom made it quite difficult to access. The room was clean, the staff were lovely and extremely helpful, and the location was amazing. It is a great little hotel for a city break, but not one we will use again.
Very friendly staff with the presence of an employee who speaks French. The hotel is ideally located in the center of Glasgow with nearby parking at a reduced price with the hotel. The breakfast is complete and varied.

Amazing staff shout out to Sam on reception very helpful, nice mannered, and always interested in customers; nothing was too much trouble.

Very good stay
I really liked its location very close to the train station and well located near the city center. Very pleasant room, slept very well after multiple Scottish adventures. Good breakfast.
