Unforgettable moments!!
Everything. But it's important to mention that we booked a suite that gave us access to all areas, including an exclusive pool. Our concierges (Marie and Yael) were wonderful. They even prepared a surprise in our room for our anniversary celebrations. At the French restaurant (La Bastille) we had exceptional service and dinner.

- • Nothing! Just wanted to say that I found the pillows too high, but that's a matter of personal preference.
We were very disappointed!

- • It was completely under construction. Very disappointed after booking a five-star resort and paying the prices that we paid to stay per night. It was absolutely awful!!!
Just okay
The room was excellent and the staff at the Turquoize tower is top-notch. Everyone is friendly and eager to make the guest feel well taken care of.

- • The food in general. It's good but doesn't justify the price of the all-inclusive accommodation. Small portions in the dishes at Trade Winds and Lorenzos for dinner. The breakfast buffet at El Mercado with little fruit variety and when I asked for an espresso, they told me the machine was broken and couldn't get me one from somewhere else despite having the coffee shop a few steps away. The other not so good thing is that the only area that really complies with the 'adults only' concept is the Turquoize tower (where I stayed) but the pool areas and restaurants are full of children.
Great stay

I think this is a 4.5-star property. The location is great with 2 beaches, great views, and little seaweed. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and engaging. The room was nice. Great view, clean, and comfortable. The dining options in the resort were far better than I expected. I'm a foodie and the menus, preparation, and quality were the best I have had at an all-inclusive in Mexico/Caribbean by far. Seafood was fresh and well-prepared. Mexican options were great (although dumbed down for the American palate unfortunately, but forgivable). Drinks were very good as well, made with real liquor and had a great variety.

Lots of food options and great staff. Upon arrival, be aware that there may be marketing opportunities presented by a third-party company within the hotel, which somewhat wasted our time. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it ends with 'Collection.' Otherwise, everything else was amazing, and this establishment certainly does not hold back on quality. We will be back soon.
