- • The attention at the reception was not good, lack of kindness, upon arriving at the Hotel to Check-In, our rooms were not ready, despite having arrived late... we had to leave our luggage and belongings at the reception, and when leaving our belongings, I lost a new jacket

- • This second time I went I did not like it because according to them a bed that is single was for two people where obviously it was for one person because there was only one towel, so the price to comfort ratio did not seem fair to me
