- • More friendliness is needed from the receptionists and they should be in uniform. There are cockroaches in the rooms, they need to fumigate all the facilities.

- • The service at the reception was not good, lack of friendliness. Upon arrival at the hotel to check-in, our rooms were not ready, despite arriving late... we had to leave our luggage and belongings at the reception, and I lost a new jacket when leaving my belongings

- • The second time I went, I did not like it because according to them, a single bed was for two people when it was obviously for one person as there was only one towel, so the price to comfort ratio did not seem fair to me
