Perfect Company offsite at the Carmel Fortaleza Paradise
I came on a group business trip and everything was absolutely perfect at the hotel. Monique and Tiago are perfect! They made everything very nice for us.

Relaxing retreat
Second time and couldn't be better! Cleber at Breakfast is so sweet and kind. The hotel is amazing! Staff really friendly and attentive.

Not worth it
Old rooms, small bathroom, jammed door... we were in the hotel area by the heated pool and were approached by vendors and singers who want money from you. Regrettable that the hotel does not restrict this.

Visit (5 days)
A lot of fun activities to do, including horse riding (I loved Chiquinho), swimming at the beach, kite surfing, boggy trips (many stops, really nice to discover the city), and spa (including free sauna, and I also did the first massage in the catalog with Denise, she did an incredible job, sleeping after the massage is amazing). Breakfast is included for free with the stay and it’s really extensive and tasty (from 7 am to 10 am), you can also order tapioca and omelets for free at breakfast. The room I’m in includes an espresso machine with good options like cappuccino. The room’s view is amazing. As for lunch, I recommend going to local places, much tastier (make sure to taste the coconut water at the stops of the boggy trip). You can also borrow a bicycle for 2 hours for free and some beach socks too.

Everything we expected from the Carmel network “excellence”
Incredible, quiet hotel with excellent facilities and comfort. Excellence in breakfast and dinner with a lot of variety and quality of products used and with a la carte service that sets it apart from many hotels. Good beach and very pleasant pool. We loved it
