Fantastic, excellent hotel, beautiful place, delicious pool, and super central! And at a great price!
It was great! Their attention was perfect! From the beginning to the end, they were really kind, the morning girl contacted us via WhatsApp to know more details and if we needed anything before arriving, it was really nice of her, the guy in the afternoon was also super friendly and nice. I loved the attention we received and we are sure we will return! Also, congratulations to the cleaning lady, she was always attentive, made the bed wonderfully and comfortably! They really made our trip to Merida special! ***Note: It's a small detail but it also made it wonderful, THE WATER ACCESS! We, coming from CDMX, really struggled to adapt to the weather, and being able to have a water jug near the room, honestly, is a great differentiator! It was the only hotel we went to that had that detail, and well, it really changes a lot of things.

- • The rooms have almost no natural lighting, breakfast is not actually at the hotel, it's about 3 blocks away and you have to walk with a ticket, there is no variety.
