- • A reservation was made for one of the rooms with 2 beds, it was supposed to be specified on the page that my son was also accompanying me, and in the end, they charged me an additional fee for the extra person who was already described in the reservation. It was supposed to include breakfast, and the next day they simply said no. Finally, this is not a hotel, it was a Hostel, they should indicate what type of accommodation it is.
Price is right if you can put up with a lot of noise pollution.

- • Noise pollution, the quality of guests staying there, and the South American culture. Noise pollution. The building is old and was not properly designed. Noise echoes and there is a lot of noise pollution. The guests are loud and lack mindfulness, often yelling or talking loud at night. The hotel staff talks loud and will wake you up in the morning. The South American culture is very loud and selfish. People do not think of others. A lot of music and talking.
The location is good, there are many tour agencies for volcanoes nearby.
