- • We were disappointed with the service during breakfast no one welcomed us, and we had to look for staff to get coffee. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, and we had to call maintenance to fix the issue.

Exceptional stay with stunning views, thoughtful service, and outstanding food
We had a really lovely stay at the InterContinental Cascais. I am 5 months pregnant, and what stood out most was how considerate, warm, and proactively helpful everyone was throughout our stay. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, which meant a lot. Our ocean view room was amazing and made the whole experience feel extra special. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, and the breakfast in particular was exceptional. Everything was so good that it honestly spoiled us for the rest of our holiday, because nothing else could match the taste, quality, and service we experienced here. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and one we will remember very fondly. We will definitely go back at some point just to stay here again. I genuinely hope the same wonderful level of service continues, because it made such a big difference to our experience.
