Excellent facilities with poor service.
Excellent facilities, but terrible attention and service coverage. However, I understand that due to the low occupancy, the staff had to be limited. Nevertheless, the attitude of those on duty leaves much to be desired.

- • Bad attitude from certain service staff. I asked for a bottle of mineral water and because they did not bring it from reception (where there were clearly many in the fridge), they informed me that it was sold out. Another day we ordered a pool service and they brought us an inedible and poorly presented dish.

- • They should offer an all-inclusive plan for that price. Also, so far they have not issued the invoice for my stay or consumption.

- • At the birthday dinner. The trout had bones (poorly deboned), the plantains were stiff, hard, not palatable. The complimentary birthday dessert was hard and frozen. We are in the land of coffee and charging guests for coffee is in bad taste.

- • Face towels are missing in the room. You have to ask for them practically every day because the maids remove them. They need to check what is running out to replenish it, soap, lotion, etc.
