We hosted our family and friends for an amazing trip to the Viceroy Los Cabos. The views, food, service and our room were all outstanding! Our butlers Victor and Jacob did a fantastic job of taking care of us and anything we needed help with. Highly recommend the Viceroy Los Cabos and Victor and Jacob

Great service and very welcoming staff
Francisco and GiGi were very welcoming and made us the best freestyle drinks we’ve ever had. we really enjoyed the service and want to say thank you for everything.

Beat Vaca Ever!
GG , Caesar, & Jesus were incredible at the pool! 5 star service!! Jose made sure our towels & umbrella were set up However we wanted & moved them to keep the shade just where we wanted! Kudos to Arturo for a great pool staff!!! Fantastic experience! 5 star service with these guys!!

Great stay in a lovely hotel and great location
Well maintained. Beautiful rooms and excellent service. In particular we appreciated the ample sun loungers and quick and efficient beach waiter staff. Food orders on the beach were good, arrived fast and at a reasonable price.

- • The restaurants are indeed over priced and not in line with the value the rest of the hotel presents. Breakfast was particularly disappointing, so we had breakfast and dinner out on most days.

Excellent experience in Los Cabos
Our stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos in San José del Cabo was absolutely incredible. From the stunning property and beautiful amenities to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a large group, and our server, Glerbin, truly made the experience unforgettable. He was attentive, proactive, fun, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was taken care of. His energy and outstanding service added so much to our trip and created memories we’ll be talking about for years. If you’re planning a visit to the Viceroy, we highly recommend asking for Glerbin (also known as Gigi). He is a true professional and one of the biggest reasons our experience was so special. We can’t wait to come back!

3rd day in. Can’t think of a better place on the planet to be! The quality and service has been stellar across the board. Thank you Double G, Jesus, Giovanni for all the special pool side service and total peace and greetings from all the staff. Alexis and Jennifer as our personally assigned concierge has been so quick to help no matter the time. The fish ceviche, the drinks and all of the things have been exceptional. We have had the best vacation in the first 3 days even compared to some 7-10 days that we’ve taken other places. The cleanliness of the common areas and the room is like they swoop in with a magic wand when we step out. Thank you so much for the ultimate hospitality! Truly from Michael (Miguel) and Nicci
