Super sweet people! Unfortunately, we left a day early due to the rain, but everything was great! We even received a package of snacks for the bus

Everything was impeccable, clean, and functional, but above all, the hosts were extremely kind, considerate, and helpful. If I come back to Hoi An, I will definitely try to return to this place

Perfect base to explore Hoi An
My and her family were super welcoming and kind! We especially enjoyed the clean, spacious room, the pool after a long, hot day, and the bikes to cycle to the beach (only 15 mins!). The location is fantastic - close to, but a bit outside the old town hot spots, so it feels much calmer and more local (some traffic and rooster noise is to be expected - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper ;)). Perfect base for an authentic Hoi An experience!

Professionalism, kindness, and beautiful room.
Extremely kind staff Good breakfast Our room was incredibly beautiful, fresh, and bright. Brand new. Nice, clean pool. Every service available: scooter, dinner, laundry, transportation, tours. Highly recommended! Write to them before arriving from Da Nang, they offer a taxi service for just over 5 euros.

- • Perhaps slightly far from the center.
Well-equipped, spacious room with very comfortable beds. We made good use of the pool and bikes and enjoyed the location - close to everything, yet in a quiet residential area. Our hosts were helpful and kind, making it all in all a very pleasant stay.

4 nights in the lantern city
Spacious room, separate shower from toilet, super comfortable bedding. City center is a 15/20-minute walk. Free but very old bikes. Laundry service. Quiet night. Nice pool. The lady is very friendly, welcoming, and smiling.

- • No free water after the first day. The man is a bit too insistent, wanting to sell us a means of transportation
