Great stay and excellent value for money
The responsiveness and kindness of the staff. As well as the attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. The room is comfortable.

Amazing, perfect room, location, and hosts!
Very friendly staff, perfect location, and really good and clean bedroom and bathroom. The hosts were very helpful and kind, even going above and beyond by providing free drinking water, bananas, and cookies for our bus ride. Bikes are also available for going to the beach, very convenient!

Great 6-night stay at Tue Tam Garden Villa. Our long family trip exploring Vietnam from North to South, the stop in Hoi An will remain one of our favorites. Our host (Ms. Mỹ) was very attentive and welcoming. We felt like family. Bikes were provided for our daily use, very practical for exploring Hoi An and its surroundings. We could also rent scooters on-site to visit neighboring cities. The pool area to relax after a long day was very pleasant.

I loved the location, and if like me you don't like being in the busy area but still very close by, then this is the best spot. Such a quiet area yet it has all you need at the doorstep and only a 10-minute walk to the main area. The owner boss took really good care of me, she even gave me snacks for the airport when I left! The pool is a nice bonus, the rooms are amazing.

Very comfortable homestay in a quiet area a short walk from the Old City. The room was very comfortable and the hosts very kind. The pool is well-maintained and kept very clean, and there are lots of bikes for guests to use for free (including one with a baby seat). Would stay here again :)

I totally recommend.
The homestay is very well located, just a stone's throw from the old town in a quiet alley. We were warmly welcomed. We arrived before the check-in time but were offered tea and fruits. We could leave our luggage. We took a taxi via the homestay to Da Nang.
