- • Room wasn't cleaned very well, there were hairs from the previous guests in the bathroom and even in the dining room the cutlery, glass, plates weren't washed very well - particles of food were on them.

Excellent facility if you are traveling with children. Breakfast and dinner buffet are good and very varied.

- • The beds are not real, just metal frames with a mattress. In the bathroom, there were still hairs from the guest before me. It smelled sweetly of old smoke.
Overall positive experience. Quiet area. The pool is fantastic, with enough chairs in the sun and/or shade. Amazing staff 👏: Christian from reception and Leonard from the entertainment team! Good and plentiful food + fabulous sangria 😋. Fridge in the room with complimentary drinks on arrival. Safe for valuable items. A lovely balcony. Good-sized TV. Large bed, sparkling white sheets. 2 slides for kids and adults alike, clean & large toilets near the pool, bar with plenty of drinks for all ages. Great value for money. Relaxed holiday.

- • The hotel looks like a 4-star facility in the lobby and surrounding grounds. However, personally, I would rate it as a 3, 3 and 1/2. Attention to details, details, details. The bathroom, while roomy and working perfectly, is dated. To the attention of management: please make sure the hallway is vacuumed at least every 2-3 days. The carpet in front of my room wasn't vacuumed ONCE in 10 days. The towels should be crispy white! Even if fresh and clean, they looked dirty, of a greyish color. In the restaurant, one can't leave the plate or cutlery unattended for a second as the staff will remove it promptly. Suggestion: have a station where patrons can bring and leave their own used plates once they are done.
