This is an old pub with old accommodation don’t expect too much but it was clean and comfortable
The location was great close to Woolworths supermarket and the meals downstairs were delicious

- • Like a lot of pub accommodation it was a little noisy at times but earplugs worked well
Bed comfortable enough but seemed small.

- • I was there in winter.. Even with the heater, the room was uncomfortably cold.
The manager/staff were friendly and courteous. I felt they made an effort to make me comfortable.
It was convenient, friendly, comfortable, and the in-house meal was very satisfying. Good value and I felt safe. Free parking too.

- • It's a bit dated and therefore confusing to negotiate, Creaky floor in 2 places of bedroom felt a little insecure. Nothing to put me off staying there again.

Good value, budget accommodation
Close to the CBD and only 150 meters from coach stop. Easy walk to train station, Chinese gardens, museums, shops etc. Older style budget accommodation above a pub. Room was quiet. Continental breakfast available.

Very comfortable clean & friendly Hotel. Excellent restaurant with very generous, beautifully cooked reasonably priced meals served by very friendly, helpful waitresses.
