- • Lack of facilities, toilet has standing water on the floor. The restaurant is a very poor option for food. Cleaners always leave everything wet when they wash the toilet. The mirror is so dirty that you can't even see your face.
My stay wasn't the best. The service was good, although the amenities were subpar. But there was free breakfast included with the stay and it was good.

- • The comfort room should be divided into two since we are a big family and need to use the bathroom mostly.

- • Poolside Bar was never open, and the pool is in the shade pretty much all day. Coffee cups but no kettle, had to ask for the shower to be enabled to be hot. Balcony without table & seats. Air con poor. Wi-Fi barely worked. Did ask to leave but clearly that's why rooms need pre-paying as no one was happy. Really feel a part refund necessary. Breakfast was very poor & at the front is a stinking butchers.
