The pillow is very soft, the blanket is not good, couldn't sleep all night, the quality of the meals is not as expected

We booked a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, the single bed is really tiny, big people might easily fall off the bed. If you like softer beds, Kangqiao might not be suitable because their beds are on the harder side. Also, at night while sleeping, occasionally there is a feeling of bugs crawling on the skin making it itchy. Although each room has two doors, the soundproofing is not very good, you can still hear clearly the voices of guests outside. Pros: The hotel's afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and breakfast are really good. Although the room is not large, the overall visual effect is nice.

A hotel with good service
I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast main dish was different each day and delicious. You can freely take welcome drinks and ice. It's nice to have a free coin laundry. The room was nicely renovated and clean. It's a bit disappointing that there is no bathtub. Also, the hotel is a bit far from the downtown area of Taitung, it takes more than 10 minutes to borrow the hotel's bicycle. Also, many hotels in southern Taiwan do not speak Japanese, and it seems that only one staff member at this hotel understands Japanese.

Great, very warm and homely accommodation
Although the decor is not new, the service is very attentive. Although the food for late-night snacks and breakfast is not luxurious, the taste is very good, and they are freshly cooked; the dishes are replenished diligently, there are no empty plates at all. Overall, highly recommended!

Kangqiao Business Hotel is great 😄 highly recommended
The best accommodation hotel in Taitung for travel, good soundproofing, great sleep quality, family members all say it's good, the service staff is super polite and courteous, worth staying again next time
