A Blissful escape to relax and forget about life.
Everything was excellent, staff was extremely helpful at all times even with a language barrier and the massages were fantastic. Well worth the upgrade for the 30 min foot massages. The location was quiet too so just relax at the pool or breakfast.

Hotel in very poor condition. It does not at all have the rating it puts on booking. Dreadful hotel.

A pleasant stay but far better value options exist and the view is totally unacceptable.
The interior layout & design is beautiful and very peaceful. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

- • So, firstly, we had a mostly enjoyable overall stay mainly because we had activities planned away from the hotel, but this is definitely not a 6-star resort, as is positioned outside. The interior decor is of the property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and attentive. However, there are a few things letting this resort down; - the view from the pool and our balcony, was perhaps the worst I have ever experienced; it is literally a building site with mud, cranes and vehicles operating. Whilst this is not the properties fault, had we known about this before booking, we would not have stayed here. - View aside, the pool area offers zero areas for sun-bathing; every bed is in the shade under a fixed pergola; fine for relaxing but not good if you want some sunshine. - the outside of the property is looking very tired and in the case of our balcony, very dirty; so much so that we didn’t not want to sit on it as it was not enjoyable. - we payed for a “villa” and got what can only be described as a studio with a small room attached with another bed (a very small double), meaning my children and wife had to share the large king bed. Some of the items in the room were worn and the wardrobe door even fell off!! We did receive a courtesy meal from the hotel when I raised these issues and whilst that was appreciated, even the food we received fell way below my expectations!
Not worth the stay stay somewhere else the information in the photos online a smoke and mirrors. The surrounding atmosphere

- • The lack of money on the property, the mould on the pool furniture the mould in the room on the curtains the missing tiles in the pool the gym equipment doesn’t work. The water displays on the entry of the resort were disgusting.
Delicious!!
Was good!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and quiet, located out of the city hustle. But still within walking distance of the west side of the Han river.
