PERFECT!

Everything was amazing !! We were welcomed by the most wonderful hosts. The suits were spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and a balcony overlooking breathtaking view. The swimming pool is over looking the most beautiful scenery you can’t get enough of. The location is perfect - a few min from a beach, lovely restaurants and a mini market. Right outside the property, there is a local bus (€2.20) that takes to the town about 10min drive.

I highly recommend this hotel! ❤️ Everything was really great. The entire staff is extremely friendly, warm, and helpful; throughout our stay, we felt very well taken care of, almost like at home. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere in the hotel was conducive to true relaxation and rest. Another huge plus is the location - right next to the hotel, there is a bus stop from which you can reach the city every half an hour.

The breakfast was very good. The location is very good. Certainly in Mykonos, I will only go to this location, rarely have I met such welcoming people and such a superb location. Marios and Marina, plus the boy at the bar, I didn't remember his name but I know he is from Pakistan, extraordinary people, they help you with absolutely everything you need. If you want to go to Mykonos, choose this location and you will have nothing to reproach, everything is superb!

The hosts are the nicest and most welcoming people, they gave us a nice tour, helped us have an amazing vacation and they adjusted to our schedule for the check-in and the breakfast. The rooms are even nicer in real life, clean and spacious, with beautiful balconies overlooking the pool and the sea. The pool was incredible, they had a pool bar with drinks and snacks available. The bus station being right outside the hotel helped a lot. If you have any doubts in choosing this accommodation, think again!! Everything was exceptional!!

Absolutely fantastic

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, 10/10. Very fresh everywhere, super service-minded staff, you could really feel their love for this hotel. Very, very good and fresh breakfast, enjoyed outdoors under a roof with a fantastic view over the sea. Towels for both the pool and the beach were a given, as soon as you were in the pool area, they brought water and refilled it all the time (for free). Mario and Marina with the staff were the most professional and friendly hotel owners we have met. If we return to Mykonos again, there is no other hotel, in these peaceful surroundings.

The entire staff was genuinely warm, kind, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. A very special thank you to Mario! We were in touch with him practically 24/7. He helped us arrange a rental car, recommended routes and places to visit, and helped us with parking. His genuine care and attention made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, stylish, incredibly clean, and actually look even better in real life than in the photos. The housekeeping is exceptional — sometimes we would barely finish breakfast, and by the time we returned, our room was already perfectly cleaned. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained, and the pool is cleaned every day. Breakfast is simple but absolutely delicious and always very fresh. And, of course, the beautiful sea view makes everything even more special. The location is also very convenient: there is parking, and a bus stop is right next to the hotel, which is a huge advantage in Mykonos. The most interesting part is that we found this hotel completely by accident. But now it feels like that little accident somehow turned into fate. ❤️ So, if you are reading this review and wondering whether to book Lithos by Spyros & Flora — don’t hesitate. Just book it. We recommend this hotel 100%, and we already know that we want to come back. Mario, thank you so much for your kindness, your help, and for always being there for us. Exceptional

I particularly appreciated the welcome, cleanliness, and availability. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the availability of the owners and staff made our vacation truly comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the way breakfast was served, no chaotic buffets, but a rich plate served at the table, with croissants, pancakes, bread, spinach puff pastry, cheese, eggs, and yogurt, in the center of the table a very fresh fruit salad, water and orange juice, and any kind of coffee, cappuccinos, etc. The hotel's location is excellent for reaching the center, but it is in a very quiet location, far enough away from noisy places. From the room, you can enjoy a fantastic view, at least from the superior ones. You can enjoy the same view from the poolside, where there is also the pool bar open until late at night. The owners and staff are fantastic people, always smiling, patient, and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place to families with children or couples looking for a quality vacation in a fancy yet quiet place.
