- • It's not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. The advertising is misleading, there are no common areas, the breakfast room is very small. This cannot be called a hotel.
Great hotel with excellent location, service quality, attention, and comfort
Great hotel with excellent location, service quality, attention, and comfort. Excellent attention from all employees, particularly from Ben. Very comfortable room, very clean, the bathroom worked perfectly in terms of temperature, water pressure, and lighting. In the bedroom, only on-off lighting scenes and 1 lighting scene. The air conditioning takes a long time to cool, we mentioned it at reception and it improved the next day. The breakfast was very rich and excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, you can walk and visit cultural sites full of history and emblematic of the city, there are also restaurants and souvenir shops in the area. The security in the area and inside the hotel is very good. We will return to visit Vienna and stay with you. I recommend the hotel 100%

Everything is perfect, but disappointed with the breakfast. It's not great, maybe a buffet would have been preferable, we preferred to go outside for that. Otherwise, right in the center and the people are lovely.

Very nice hotel in a central location
The hotel is very centrally located and yet quiet. The room (on the 6th floor) is very nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
