A really nice, quiet room with great service in the middle of Vienna.
Breakfast was great: good choices and great service. The room was large and well-appointed. The shower was great, and the bed very comfortable. The staff were informative, pleasant, and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient to some major spots.

- • Small room
We have always felt very comfortable. Everything is right in this hotel, even the small details are taken care of.
A very pleasant, warm welcome, fast and professional process of formalities, very customer-oriented. For all employees, there are only solutions, no problems, but joy in work, in guests, and in the task of making their life in Vienna easy.

- • We were downright and unrestrictedly enthusiastic about all services.
Location, can't ask for more than that. Service, the staff are eager to help and answer any question or request. At any time, even late at night. Cleaning, the room was clean and tidy all the time.
