Excellent place near the center. Quiet street and close to public transport. Very friendly and willing to help. It has a very easy-to-use coin laundry service, you can buy food and heat it up there. Many of them speak Spanish, so you can feel comfortable asking anything in your language and they will recommend the best places to go. At all times, I felt helped with the best vibes. I would definitely come back.

- • First of all, the place is dirty and outdated. I understand that it's an old building, but the rooms and bathrooms are in serious need of renovation. I literally felt uncomfortable taking a shower there. I was given a dirty towel (fortunately, the staff replaced it), and you have to make your own bed. The breakfast was poor, with very limited choices. The lockers in the rooms were so small that they could barely fit a backpack. If you have a suitcase be prepared for a difficult climb up the stairs. Super high and narrow. I've stayed in many hostels across the United States and Europe, so I know what the usual standards are, but this place was one of the worst experiences I've had.
Adventure
Breakfast was the best for me, especially the pancakes. Also, the staff was quite pleasant and a gentleman who is Chilean is very kind and friendly.

- • The beds are not comfortable and having many people in one room generates a bad smell. Maybe larger beds or only 4 beds.
