In spite of having altitude sickness I was able to appreciate the quality of this modern hotel.

- • The hairdryer in the room was broken, although another one was quickly sent, it seemed to have problems again and unfortunately couldn't be used, everything else was great

The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi from downtown Puno. The PeruHop bus from Puno (Peru) to La Paz (Bolivia) will pick up outside the hotel making the transfer easy. The quality of the food selection at the restaurant was excellent

I loved it, I would come back again, but for vacation
The hotel has a privileged view of the lake and a small pier that makes it even more beautiful, it would be nice for a vacation, and the facilities are quite good, and the dining room is great, and the breakfast too

- • It's a bit far for work purposes, but it was the only thing I found given the date of Candelaria, and the quality-price ratio for the date far exceeded that problem

Room air conditioning is not perfect, breakfast ok, but not special. The big breakfast room was often not set up in a nice way. Staff was friendly and asked for reviews often

Ticked all the boxes and reasonable price
Mostly friendly staff. Helped my son with extra oxygen as he struggled with the altitude. Offered us free use of the lovely meeting room with a nice view for my wife’s retreat activities.

- • Rooms were a bit too warm. A bit noisy on the road to have windows open all night.
