Very disappointed... Reservation not in line with my request and the hotel is very outdated. Only the location is good
The hotel's ideal location near the Jet d'Eau in Geneva and very well served by Geneva's public transport, which is also free when you stay in a Swiss hotel. Very nice bathroom. The staff does their best... Breakfast is decent but not excessive in terms of choice and quantity

- • The hotel is old, not renovated, the rooms very poorly maintained. The parquet floor in ours was almost completely "worn out". The air conditioning is not adjustable, forcing you to sleep with the window open or risk overheating... What a waste for the planet... We chose a double room through your booking site and DESPITE the precision indicating that it was what we had booked on your site, we had a room with 2 single beds... Which were placed side by side but with separate sheets.... False advertising!!!! and incorrect reservation on this criterion. The bathroom window did not open (broken mechanism) nor did the corresponding exterior blind. The small terrace didn't even have a chair for us and given the state of the floor tiles, we didn't even want to go out there, risking a fall... In short, I am very disappointed with this booking via booking... Furthermore, the hotel indicates 4 stars but seems to only have 3 in reality... For example, this water leak with a 0.5m² puddle on the floor, coming from the ceiling directly next to the reception and breakfast room that has been leaking for a while (at least the entire duration of our stay) without any signage, no cleanup, or at least placing a bucket or a sign to warn the public...
It was functional, clean large room. Friendly staff, super long, quiet and central, close to the lake.

- • Reception man is very rude. Uncooperative. Doesn't care when we try to talk to him. It is strange for this hotel to be 4 stars
