- • The property appears to lack proper maintenance, both inside and outside. The bathrooms were not clean and had poorly maintained fixtures. The air conditioner took nearly an hour to cool even a small room. The refrigerator was functioning, but overall the upkeep needs significant improvement.

- • At arrival we were shocked about the bad condition of the room. We kindly asked for a new room twice, but every room they showed were as bad as the first one. There are a lot of insects, mold and it smells terrible inside. Nothing like the pictures! We normally don’t do this, but we asked for a refund because this really isn’t what we booked. We left because we didn’t want to get sick of the mold. They told us to discuss a refund with booking.com, where we’ve booked this, but they didn’t accept any refund at all. Because of Chinese New Year we had to look for ages for a new apartment to stay. So, do never book this accommodation if you want a pleasant stay in the island.
