- • The property appears to lack proper maintenance, both inside and outside. The bathrooms were not clean and had poorly maintained fixtures. The air conditioner took nearly an hour to cool even a small room. The refrigerator was functioning, but overall the upkeep needs significant improvement.

- • At arrival we were shocked about the bad condition of the room. We kindly asked for a new room twice, but every room they showed were as bad as the first one. There are a lot of insects, mold and it smells terrible inside. Nothing like the pictures! We normally don’t do this, but we asked for a refund because this really isn’t what we booked. We left because we didn’t want to get sick of the mold. They told us to discuss a refund with booking.com, where we’ve booked this, but they didn’t accept any refund at all. Because of chinese newyear we had to look for ages for a new appartement to stay. So, do never book this accommodation if you want a pleasant stay in the island.

Mosquito farm!! I have 20 in my head alone from sleeping.
Location. Was on the north side of Chenang near the good energy. The South side is all big hotels so this is where the good energy was.

- • Mosquitos. Not exaggerating we had 100 of them. I went and bought a mosquito zapper. I zapped them like crazy. We even asked the front desk and they gave us spray. I normally would not want to spray where I sleep with poison but this was needed. It helped but I have 20 bites on just my head from sleeping. All over my feet and anything else that wasn’t fully covered while sleeping. This was literally the craziest I have ever seen. Maybe just our room. But they need to make sure something changes.
