It was a very nice holiday, we will definitely come back

Just returned from a 4-night stay. It’s really far from the airport, it took 2.5 hours by taxi! We booked last minute and had little choice. Our room was noisy, corridor noise as we were near a lift. You can hear the room next door's TV. Never sat on the balcony as we were over the car park! Partial sea view was a glimpse to the side. Very disappointing. We could only change on the 3rd night as the hotel was full and we didn’t bother by that point. Room fairly basic, good shower and all clean and working, thin towels. The food was plentiful, most things tasted good and were quickly restocked but there was a lot of repetition. The good things about this hotel are its staff work hard to keep everything spotlessly clean. Staff are nice and try to be helpful. It never takes long to get a drink at the bar. The Starbucks open in the afternoon is a nice touch and the lobby coffee shop is nice.

Excellent for the price level. Kemer, Bodrum is as wonderful as five-star hotels. The sea, the food is very nice. Towel area, a little attention to cleanliness is enough... We are here at least twice a year... Thank you for everything...

The accommodation has potential and the access to the beach as well as the pool are very good... Furniture is a bit outdated and the food was not as extensive and inviting as you would wish.

- At first when we arrived, the guy working there tried to change our room to a much more expensive and worse one than the room we booked. - Secondly, the rooms were smelly, especially the bathroom. - Thirdly, they don’t understand English and when you try to ask for some info about anything, they are not willing to tell you and just say to download an app of their hotel room where you can find all the info which was not helpful. - We arrived there around 9 pm in the evening and we were very hungry, especially our toddler, and they made us wait until 12 am midnight as their restaurant buffet (very small buffet) was opening. Before that, they did not offer us anything in terms of food. - There is a lady working named Ganet who was at the bar offering drinks. I was standing there speaking to her and was giving my order and wasn’t finished at all, but instead there was a man standing next to me who came after me so instead of taking my order first, she served the other man which I found very rude and unprofessional.

BEYOND PERFECT

The hotel is generally very nice, rooms are clean, hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, especially suitable for a comfortable stay as a family. I would like to thank the security manager Zeki Bey, the service manager Fatih Bey for the unforgettable birthday surprise, and also thank you to the staff member Ayşe Hanım for the envelope and cake that came to my room...

Very nice and clean and cozy. Good activities and entertainment all day and evening. Language skills could be better for some of the staff.

So bad service

We are so disappointed and feel that we were deceived by the hotel. We booked a large room for 4 people of 64 sqm, but when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the type of rooms they advertise on hotel.com does not exist and they are under construction. We were angry and wanted some kind of compensation, but the man at the reception started rudely shouting, was very rude, and yelled at us in front of all guests in the reception area. It is a good hotel with really bad service, the people working there are not friendly at all, they lie about everything, they promise something and do something else, they are only interested in taking our money and when it comes to delivering service, they don't care at all. Every day we fought to get some compensation for the room we were cheated out of, and on the last day, the man at the reception wanted to offer free transport from Alanya to Antalya airport (500). I would like to emphasize that the man at the reception (Mehmet) is so rude, so impolite, and knows nothing about hotel service, all he can do is shout and scream without considering us or other guests at the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
