Perfect location, Clean Hotel, No parking on sit, Felt slightly over priced
Location was excellent. No parking however parking provided locally which was a short walk. Staff were helpful to locate the car park. The spa was nice.

- • Our room felt small. The bed felt small on our second night (Different room). Breakfast felt expensive for what was provided but good quality. The room provided on the first day was a disability room and was not to my liking.

A nice but simply over-priced hotel. The pool/spa area is also limited to 2 x 2h windows.
- Very friendly staff - The location is excellent. 7 minute walk from the station, and only minutes from practically every other central location in Bath. - The spa itself is fairly nice. There is one moderately sized main water area featuring the hot spring bath, 2 small quiet/warm baths, 2 saunas and a steam room. - Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. - We did receive a birthday voucher for one free cocktail (albeit then we were told all guests get this when they book directly through website).

- • - The hotel is simply overpriced for what you get (me and my partner paid £400 for 1 night incl. breakfast). - There is a service charge added at the end of the stay, which we were not told about until check out. - The check-in time is 4pm. - Spa times are actually limited to 2 hour windows (8am - 10am & 7pm - 9pm). It costs £70 per person to head to the spa area outside of these times for a 3 hour window. As such, it does get quite crowded, especially the mornings. - The Spa area itself is fine but fairly small. For the price I just would have expected more. The 'quiet' warm pools are noisy as well as nobody sticks to the signs. - The breakfast cost is expensive for what you get. £25 for a modest buffet, £15 on top for one cooked meal that is quite small and just quite basic. It also requires coming at a pre-arranged time. - Our bedroom was noisy. We were woken up on Sunday morning at 6am by a staff member right outside our window taking a phone call on the street (I had to open the window and ask them to move elsewhere after about 15 minutes). At 7am the same morning, the delivery trucks were unloading into the hotel for quite some time. Sadly some rooms are situated right by the back entrance where this happens. There were also flushing/pipe sounds almost all night from the spa area I suspect, as we were only one floor above it.
First time staying here yes seems expensive a night for the facilities fantastic and the staff very helpful definitely be going back again
