- • The reservation made here is very different from reality. The beds are very small. Unlike the photos that look bigger. Then the new room (requested change) although it was larger and the bed more comfortable. The terrace was not clean, both the table and the chairs with a layer of dirt that prevented its use. The restaurant had few menu options. Slow service and unclean tables. Finally, as the details make the difference, the bread was brought almost at the end.
The doorman was exceptionally good. Knowledgeable and friendly and always pleased to see everyone.

Friendly, highly professional staff. Make every effort to accommodate requests of all kinds. Modern room designs anticipate every need. Elegant and cool without being fussy or too fancy. I was very busy with work, coming and going at all hours. Gained weight on abundant, tasty hot breakfast. I returned and stayed for a month.

- • Nothing. Lastarria is a busy and often festive district. My reason for being there. But those preferring total quiet may wish to consider courtyard side of building.
Good hotel to visit the trendy neighborhoods on foot. The rooms facing the street are somewhat noisy and dark, as the facade absorbs a lot of daylight. The breakfast was very good. The staff is exceptionally friendly, as in many places in Chile.
