The friendly staff, especially receptionist Anya and cabin steward Ryan, provide excellent service! But all others are also very friendly, such as parking attendants, waiters, maintenance staff, and gardeners. Additionally, the location is perfect!

Very good hotel
Our stay at The Cakra Hotel in Denpasar was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is large and spacious, yet it still offers plenty of room to relax and unwind without feeling crowded. The swimming pool is impressive and beautifully maintained, creating a perfect space to rest and recharge. The cuisine was excellent – varied, delicious, and of high quality, which added greatly to the overall comfort of our stay. A great choice for anyone looking for space, comfort, and very good facilities in Denpasar.

- • The pictures are very deceiving when you enter the property, very outdated and the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. Okay for one night but not recommended for longer stays. It also depends on individual preferences.
Very good value for money. Very good bedding. Great breakfast. Our first room faced the neighboring street. Throughout the night, there were many dogs barking. The toilet and sink were clogged. We asked to change rooms. During the off-season, this was not a problem. It might be different during the high season.

- • The rooms varied considerably, some were renovated, others were not. Unreported rooms had mold and towels were grey.
