Cozy hotel
Good breakfasts, cool deep pools, there is a billiard table (only poor lighting), paid tennis available, the hotel's territory is beautiful and cozy, liked the music playing during breakfast. Good staff. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

- • Need to buy new towels because they have turned gray, very old. In the children's room, my daughter's bed linen had yellow stains, which were later changed. Room cleaning needs improvement.
Beautiful hotel.
Great facilities, gym/pools/billiard, very comfortable. The small surprise attention in our room upon arrival was great. Very clean. The restaurant is very good but a bit expensive. Great welcome drink.

- • The staff didn't really understand English, it was very complicated to get information. The hygiene products seemed to be incomplete compared to the photo on Booking, quite a pity. Poor location, not much nearby and a 30-minute drive from Sanur.
Transit stay while waiting for a domestic flight. Nothing to complain about for 1 night.
Well-located hotel, very close to the airport. I recommend.

The room was spacious and modern with comfortable bedding and a beautiful bathroom. The pool is magnificent.

- • The location is a bit far from the city center of Sanur, especially in high season with traffic. Otherwise, great.
Lovely family-friendly place to stay.
Wonderful gardens to enjoy! Great breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Many in-house facilities to enjoy. Two huge swimming pools.

- • Location: not really close to anything. The swimming pools are often leased out for external activities, making it hard to enjoy them in peace. The shower had one detergent dispenser for both shampoo and body wash.
Acceptable quality/price ratio.
It's a hotel I've been staying at lately when I come to Denpasar. I recommend it.

- • Despite requesting a parking space due to a broken leg, I had to park far away and walk a lot. The rooms were also far away and I was asked for money upfront. The hotel should maintain 4-star standards. Towels need to be replaced. The air conditioner had issues. Breakfast lacked variety. Overall, the quality did not match the price paid.
