- • Upon arrival, we were very well received and offered a room as a free upgrade from the option we chose, but the room was not interesting to us despite having a balcony while the one we reserved did not. It is connected to the neighboring room, as the sliding door of the neighboring room opens (or closes, I don't know) and goes through the wall of the other room and hits the wall inside our room through a gap in the wall, at the entrance. We could hear everything from the neighboring room, like conversations, TV, etc. (and vice versa certainly occurs), not to mention the routine of people entering and leaving the other room with the door slamming inside our room. Some items were dusty, like a clay pot, door frame rails, the wardrobe in the room, which is in the wet area of the bathroom, favoring the appearance of mold. In addition, the electrical panel is in the bathroom box, in the shower area! The lamp next to the bed was disconnected from the socket, but when I connected it, I saw that it wasn't working. The Wi-Fi has poor quality, fluctuating a lot. I went on the recommendation of others, but I didn't have a good experience. On the last day, we killed a cockroach in the middle of the night and found another one dead in the morning, which was reported by the receptionist as a sign that the pest control is working.
