- • The room did not have a chair, hanger, or wardrobe to leave things and clothes. The kitchen had no cutlery or plates and everything was very dirty.

- • Fridge freezer compartment door was broken and the excessive ice build-up prevented the door from shutting. Single glazing made the windows drip with condensation. Radiator was not fixed securely to the wall - shoddy plumbing made the place look amateurish. Chair covers were a bit dirty, showing slight lack of concern for detail.
