- • Dubbele boeking, door onervaren medewerker. Tweede medewerker zegt dat de refund via Booking.com ga, daarom Booking gebeld, die het probleem niet adequaat aanpakte. Veel stress, na 3 dagen toch geld teruggestort, geen compensatie gekregen. Wel excuses. Uiteindelijk 6 euro verloren, door valuta wisselingen
Would definitely stay again if beds were up graded.
