We had a wonderful stay at this holiday park. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher made our stay so convenient and felt just like home. The park had a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed here for one night during our family road trip and absolutely loved it. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful modern two-bedroom cabin, which was a wonderful surprise. It had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, comfortable lounge, modern bathroom, and was spotlessly clean. The facilities were fantastic, including the swimming pool, BBQ area, vending machines and go-karts for the kids. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it an ideal base to explore Byron Bay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Friendly staff and good facilities, undermined by maintenance problems and poor communication.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and responded quickly when we had a problem. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location worked well for a family weekend.

- • Two utility failures over our stay let it down. The heat pump produced no heat on a cold first night with young children — staff brought portable heaters next day, which helped — and on our final morning there was no hot water, so no hot shower before checkout. In both cases we discovered the problem ourselves rather than being told; better communication would have made a real difference.

- • The toilets weren’t clean The door also wasn’t locked so that was uncomfortable - it could be opened without a code despite being closed The tents are quite close to each other and you can hear other people’s conversations
