- • The water wasn't hot enough for a shower, which left us cold. There was only a sheet on the bed and one thin blanket, so we had to sleep with our coats on.

- • The room I was in didn’t offer very good sound barriers. With windows and doors shut, I heard all traffic early in the morning, the other clients coming and going, the washing machine banging below my room, and the beds are not very comfortable.
