- • When we entered the room, there were several cockroaches and insects, the hotel was undergoing a major renovation so we couldn't stay there.

- • The hotel was under construction and they didn't have rooms available for 8 as we had booked. They put us in a room for 4 with a quite uncomfortable mattress on the floor. The facilities were in regular condition. Many ants in the room.

We had problems because they didn't have free rooms and in the end they gave us an extra room for the same price.

- • We arrived and we were 8 people, they gave us two rooms, one for 4 and another for 3. They didn't give us more options because the hotel was under construction. Finally, they gave us an extra room but the door wouldn't close. We had to sleep with the door open.
My family checked in around midnight but the room provided was infested with cockroaches, had to ask for insect repellent.

- • Area next to the breakfast room was being renovated, all dusty. Complimentary breakfast had fewer options served in small portions. No welcome cold drinks on arrival. Room, especially the bed, was infested with cockroaches, requiring proper cleaning and sanitation. Bathroom smells, drain next to the toilet bowl not covered.

Good for the price you pay, would stay here again.
I always stay here when I have upcoming flights. It's not the nearest to the airport but the comfort and price are reasonable. There's ongoing construction in the lobby so there's a lot of dust and cement everywhere, and the basement wasn't available for parking so we had to park on the street. But the staff was really nice and accommodating. I would love it if they could help with the bags and stuff though.
