Rooftop views, beautiful garden, gorgeous rooms.
Rooftop was outstanding. Have dinner there for sure (and yes they have great wine and alcohol)! Staff was endlessly helpful to us. Room was beautiful and very comfortable.

- • The only thing would be an actual sliding door or stiffer shower curtain (or less powerful shower head wand as we ended up with water everywhere every time we showered.) But really, small annoyance and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Absolute luxury and the best experience in Fes that you could ever believe.
We liked everything. One of the most beautiful hotels on planet Earth. The most amazing stuff in the world, including Omar and Bilel and they couldn’t be nicer. They were amazing all of them and then let’s talk about the food. Oh my God Absolutely incredible food the best in all of Morocco. If you want luxury and the most amazing hotel that you could ever believe, you have to stay here

- • I wish the bed was softer It needed what is called in America, a mattress topper made out of memory foam. A 3 inch memory foam topper would have been incredible but other than that Absolutely amazing and everything else.
Riad Karawan is ideally located, very central in the medina, and absolutely beautiful. Omar helped us a lot with all our questions and was very available throughout our stay. The lady who did the hammam for us was extremely kind and very professional, a real moment of relaxation. Transfers to the riad upon our arrival and then to the airport were provided by Noureddin, who was very friendly and did everything to make the journey enjoyable for us. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this riad.
